Gordon said the funds will help up to 2,400 women feel more empowered and achieve their career goals.
L'Occitane had pledged to donate $10 for every gift set purchased during the 2015 holiday season, up to $120,000.

Since 1997, Dress for Success has helped more than 850,000 women throughout the world achieve their professional goals through career-advancing services.
