Dexter King has been appointed Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Tom Ford Beauty, (an Estée Lauder-owned brand). King will report to Tom Ford’s president and CEO, Guillaume Jesel as well as join the Estée Lauder Companies Extended Executive Leadership Team.
For nine years, King has been with Tom Ford serving in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Marketing and Strategy, and prior to that as SVP, General Manager, International and Global Strategy.
In close partnership with Jesel, King has helped elevate Tom Ford fragrances to the luxury tier, accelerate its channel strategy, and achieve exceptional growth and share gains across key markets.
Moving forward, King will lead the Tom Ford Beauty team in all aspects of category, channel, and geography strategic growth plans. He will focus on driving the brand’s luxury beauty positioning through world-class innovation across makeup, fragrance, and skincare.

Prior to Tom Ford Beauty, King worked in marketing and strategy roles at Moët Hennessy, Diageo, and McKinsey & Company.
