AptarGroup, Inc. will expand its airless offerings and its market coverage. The Crystal Lake, Illinois-based supplier announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Mega Airless for approximately $218 million. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of this year. Mega Airless has over 30 years of experience, and owns manufacturing facilities in Germany and the U.S. Projected annual revenues for Mega Airless in 2015 were approximately $66 million.
