Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) held an awards presentation and celebration for its 2016 CITY Award winners, during Cosmoprof North America at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Each year, the CITY Awards, aka Cosmetic Innovator of the Year Awards, recognize the beauty industry's leading independent cosmetic companies. The awards program is open to all who “represent the best in cutting-edge products, beautiful design, and brilliant marketing,” the organization states.
Both brands and suppliers were among the winners, which included: Cover FX, Elizabeth Arden, HCT Packaging, World Wide Packaging, Obliphica Professional - and more.
