Most bottles of this type use a poorer quality material for the cap. Often this could be AS, PP, or PS plastic. This is done to reduce cost. However, non-PET caps crack easily, and usually do not close tightly.
By comparison, our high-quality flush PET cap is both an eco-friendly and structural advantage.
Although the packaging can be customized, one popular style is to do the cap and bottle completely transparent (like glass). Our PET plastic has high clarity. It's also chemical resistant and shatterproof.
The AV series bottles come in three sizes:30ml, 120ml, 150ml.
The 30ml travel / gift size makes a great combo with either the 120ml or 150ml bottle. Think toner and makeup remover.
All AV Series Bottles come with:
• reducers, for controlled dispensing of your liquid
• dual seals (stopper plug inside cap and a ring surrounding the stopper)… this rare feature solves the common consumer complaint that many bottles don’t seal properly
• full decoration options (printing, hot stamping, spray color, injection color)
And, of course, the EPOPACK standard – both bottle and cap are made from fully-recyclable PET material, done in a sturdy and shatterproof “Heavy Wall” construction.
