President, Rodman J. Zilenziger, Jr.
Rodman J. Zilenziger Jr. — President of Rodman Media since 1993. Zilenziger, son of the Company’s founder, joined Rodman Media as an Advertising Representative in 1984. In 1987 he was named International Sales Manager. Zilenziger was named President in 1993. As President of the Company, he has launched eight titles, created more than a dozen websites, and added several conferences and tradeshows to the Rodman roster of products. Under his leadership, Rodman Media has expanded its reach to all corners of the globe through a variety of mediums. He holds a BA in English and Economics from Denison University.
Matthew J. Montgomery, Executive Vice President / Publisher
Matthew Montgomery – Executive Vice President of Rodman Media since 2000. In addition to his role as EVP, he is also Publisher of Nutraceuticals World magazine. Montgomery joined Rodman Media in 1978 as an Advertising Representative, was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 1986, Publisher of Happi magazine in 1992 and then Group Publisher in 1996. He has been involved in all the new magazine launches and website launches at Rodman Media since 1995. He holds a BA Economics from Washington & Lee University.
Jay Gorga has more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry with the majority focusing on cosmetic, fragrance and personal care packaging. During this time, he has held key positions in sales, marketing, trade show management and publishing. He has been a CIBS (Cosmetic Industry Buyers & Suppliers) board member for the past 10 years. Prior to joining Rodman Media 12 years ago as Beauty Packaging’s publisher, Jay was the event director of HBA Global Expo. He attended Baruch College, City University of New York.

Jamie Matusow, Editor-in-Chief
Jamie Matusow is the Editor-in-Chief of Beauty Packaging magazine, where she writes about packaging suppliers, beauty brands, market trends and innovations in the global cosmetics packaging industry. She has worked in the publishing industry at a variety of magazines for more than 20 years, for the past 13, at Beauty Packaging. Jamie graduated from Boston University with a BS in Magazine Journalism.

Jess Abrams, Executive Director, Product Development – Global Makeup Center of Excellence & Shiseido Makeup
Jess works to cultivate trends along with state- of-the-art formula and package innovation across all categories for the makeup brands, with a strong focus on mascara. She also integrates the organization’s technology acquisitions (MATCHCo & Giaran) across all brands in the portfolio. In addition, she manages packaging design and development for the Shiseido brand in partnership with headquarters in Tokyo. Jess completed her master’s degree with honors at the Fashion Institute of Technology’s Cosmetics and Fragrance program and served as president of the Alumni Association.
Philippe Bonningue,
Global Director of Sustainable Packaging & Development for L’ORÉAL Group
Philippe Bonningue joined L’Oréal in the UK in 1988. Since then, he has been promot- ed to several positions in different divisions in France, including Building/Processing management, breakthrough Biotechnology project leadership, Pumps/Aerosols Lab manage- ment, Packaging Innovation,Technical Packaging & NPD. In 2007, he became Vice-President of Development & Packaging for the North America zone. Starting mid-2013, Philippe’s role has been to establish the vision, the missions and the strategy of the Group for the most responsible packaging activity, in support of the major Sharing Beauty With All worldwide program. Philippe has invented more than 15 worldwide patented innovations.
Allan Hafkin,
Vice President, Global Package Development, The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc.
Allan currently leads Global Package Development for the Estée Lauder Brand, Tom Ford Beauty and Aerin Beauty. He has been in the Beauty business for 30 years, with experience in manufacturing, engineering and package development. Through his career, he has either led package development or had an impact on the majority of Estée Lauder brands.
Larissa Jensen, Executive Director, Industry Analyst Beauty,The NPD Group
Larissa Jensen is an expert in the prestige skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories. She travels globally to lend her knowledge of the U.S. market to the beauty industry, which includes the evaluation of new business opportunities for top beauty manufacturers around the world. Larissa shares her ex- pert insights and analysis on The NPD Group Blog, and has contributed to major media outlets and delivered keynotes and trend presentations at beauty events and conferences.
Paul Mclaughlin Vice President, Creative, Elizabeth Arden
Paul McLaughlin is responsible for the design of all packaging for fragrance, cosmetics and treatment brands in the Elizabeth Arden portfolio, including designer brands Juicy Couture, John Varvatos, Lucky; beauty brands Prevage, Ceramides, Eight Hour Skincare; and celebrity brands Britney Spears, Elizabeth Taylor and Taylor Swift. He is also a FiFi award packaging winner.
Lazlo Moharita,
Head of Global R&D e-Commerce and New Business Initiatives, J&J
Laszlo Moharita currently leads the e-Commerce and New R&D Initiatives group at Johnson & Johnson—an end-to-end, startup-like team looking to redefine the way J&J goes to market in the new digital world. At J&J since 2005, he has held roles of increasing responsibility reaching the title of Global Beauty Packaging Director before taking on his current role. Prior to J&J, he worked at The Estée Lauder Companies. He has been in the Beauty business for over 20 years with experience in manufacturing, package development and engineering.
Marc Rosen, President, Marc Rosen Associates
Internationally acclaimed designer— and seven-time FiFi award winner— Marc Rosen is known for his fragrance and cosmetic packaging. He also teaches a course in package design at Pratt Institute Graduate School. Rosen’s Glamour Icons: Perfume Bottle Design, celebrates perfume bottle design as an art form. All proceeds from the book—and from the annual Art of Packaging Award Gala he runs—benefit the Marc Rosen Scholarship and Education Fund for Pack- aging by Design at Pratt.
