Imagine being able to apply logos, text, graphics or decorations directly onto parts at zero cost and with zero waste or emissions. Sound too good to be true? Well the new Inline Decoration Module (IDM) makes dream reality.
The technology works by carving into the part’s top layer to reveal the layer before. The effect depends on colour and the material of the object Positioned after sputtering and before the top varnishing, the design will be in the original colour of the part.
Various combinations are possible but the results are consistently stunning. Setup and operation is very easy and straightforward and doesn’t require a skilled operator. The designs are imported into the software program and IDM automatically takes care of the rest.
Production can be set-up directly from the touch screen interface, simple by selecting a title and quantity to print, the next jobs to run can be entered at any time and should the priority change during the day, modification is just a click away.
