Cosmetics maker Bare Escentuals Inc. has completed its acquisition of UK-based Cosmeceuticals Ltd., which distributes several of the company's brands. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bare Escentuals said the acquisition, announced in March, will give the company direct control of its UK operations. Cosmeceuticals has been renamed Bare Escentuals UK Ltd., the company said, and Mark Spillman has been appointed managing director of the new company. Spillman previously served as general manager of Parfums Christian Dior's Canadian subsidiary, and sales director for its UK and Ireland subsidiary.
