On Thursday, May 21, Beauty Packaging magazine’s Board of Advisors members John Delfausse (Estée Lauder), Karen Grant (The NPD Group), Maureen Kelly (CEO Tarte Cosmetics) and Scott Widro (Chanel) presented an informative and engaging presentation to a standing room only Luxe Pack crowd. Speaking on the topic of “Creating Brand Loyalty” from packaging, brand and consumer perspectives, each panelist shared his or her unique knowledge and experience regarding ideologies and strategies that keep consumers coming back for more.
