ICMAD Seeks Entries for 7th 'CITY' Awards

Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD), Palatine, IL, is seeking entries for its seventh annual CITY Awards for Cosmetic Innovators of The Year.

Seven CITY Awards will be presented for product and packaging innovations including: personal care product; cosmetic product; skin care product—professional (salon/spa, doctor’s office); skin care product—mass (department/specialty/discount/drug store); personal care package design; color cosmetic package design; and skin care package design.

CITY Awards will also be presented for marketing and advertising innovations including print advertisement (trade or consumer) and internet advertisement or website design.

To be eligible for a CITY Award, a company must be a current member of ICMAD and follow the criteria established for each award category. All products must have first shipped, and marketing and advertising programs initiated, between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010.

The deadline for entries is April 23. The awards will be presented during the ICMAD annual meeting and dinner on June 17 in New York City.
