Liz Cho, co-anchor of WABC-TV’s “Eyewitness News’’ will host the upcoming Pratt Institute-Luxe Pack “Art of Packaging Award” gala, benefiting the “Marc Rosen Scholarship for Graduate Package Design” at Pratt Institute. This year’s event will honor Coty Prestige for its outstanding commitment to package design, on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at New York’s University Club. Catherine Walsh, senior vice president Coty Prestige, will accept the award. Bernd Beetz, CEO, will introduce Walsh.
The scholarships are awarded to promising students who attend the world’s only graduate program in cosmetic package design, taught by the internationally renowned designer. Many of the program’s graduates have gone on to illustrious careers in bottle and packaging design for the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
