ABA Packaging has recently formed a partnership with Bamberg, Germany-based OEKAMetall, to be the North American source for the OEKAbeauty line of cosmetics packaging.
Prominently on display at the ABA Packaging booth was the OEKAbeauty range of stock mascara, lip gloss, and lipstick packages. Mike Warford of ABA Packaging said the OEKAbeauty line of color cosmetic packaging options are a favorite choice for cosmetic manufacturers and marketers globally due to the large variety of components, their functional innovations, and the predictable quality of the products.
Based on the classic doe foot applicator, OEKAbeauty’s “Boost-your-lips” is engineered with a special surface which works like a reservoir. It allows more product transportation and an optimized application – to boost your lips (as
the name implies). The soft TPE core material leaves a pleasant feeling on the lips. As a solution to different product viscosity the “Double-boost-your-lips” applicator is equipped with a larger reservoir suited for formulations and applications that need extra bulk.
The “What-a-brush” is the latest development in molded mascara brushes by OEKAbeauty. Its slim-line curved design enables optimal coating and coverage for greater volume. The sculpted tip tops off the brush for a perfect finish combing even the most delicate lashes.
At HBA, Warford said the response to the new products “has been overwhelming.”
