During the 2012 HBA Global Expo in New York, leading innovators from key cosmetics and personal care companies will reveal their secrets to launching successful innovation in the beauty industry. The panel of experts from Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Revlon and Bayer will be led by Charles Chang, president of Topline Products, in the ‘Unlocking Creativity for Packaging Innovations’ session. The June 19th event, to be held at the Javits Center, 1:00pm to 2:15pm, will cover the latest packaging innovations, brand differentiation from ingredients to design, and future trends in color and design. Participants include Hervé Bouix, senior vice president packaging, new ventures and special projects at Estée Lauder; Philippe Bonningue, vice president luxury products division and cosmétique active development and technical package at L’Oréal (and a member of Beauty Packaging's Board of Advisors); John Butcher, senior vice president new product support and engineering at Revlon; Marta Wolska-Brys, packaging innovation leader, L’Oréal North America; and Guido Schmitz, head of packaging and technology innovation and global research and development at Bayer.
