Prada is suing Preferred Fragrance Inc., a Brooklyn company that specializes in making designer knock-off scents, Page Six reported.
Preferred Fragrance launched Party Candy, which Prada says is in violation of its trademark, for its Prada Candy fragrance. Look at the packages - you can definitely see the resemblance!
Except - Prada Candy retails for $82; the knock-off version, $3.99.
Preferred Fragrance is also the company that launched the original Jordin Sparks fragrance - but, the company is also being sued for infringement by Twilight, for its Moonlight fragrance.
