Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce has announced that its 2014 Fall Seminar will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at the Saddle Brook Marriott, located at 138 Pehle Avenue, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663-5230.
With the Latin American market expanding rapidly, the seminar will explore the tremendous growth potential that lies ahead for the flavor and fragrance industry, from current economic and geopolitical environments, raw material supply outlook, to consumer market trends.
The WFFC has an exciting lineup of speakers. The discussion topics will include: “Latin America Inside: An X-Ray About Consumption, Facts, and Realities,” with Juan Vilches (LATAM marketing director, Bell Flavors & Fragrances); “Perfumery Ingredients – A Brazilian Point of View,” with Monica Pinotti (manager, Fragrance Olfactory Center, Natura Cosméticos S.A.); “Latin American Food and Beverage Trends,” with Soledad Bianchi (Global Dairy category director, IFF); “Key Lime Industry in Mexico,” with Luis Haro (technical advisor, Citrojugo, S.A. de C.V.); “Lemons: The Yellow Treasure,” with Pablo Britti (international commercial manager for Oil and Aromas, San Miguel S.A.); and “A Tapestry of Scents: LATAM and U.S. Hispanic Fragrance Trends,” with Norma Angelica Lujan (group manager, Bravo Y&R) who brings broad experience from Avon and L’Oréal.
The presentations will be followed by a lunch with a Latin American theme.
