Tom's of Maine is expanding its offerings of baby products with new natural baby care products formulated without parabens, phthalates, phenoxyenthanol or any of the conventionally used artificial ingredients. The brand says it has taken three years to develop the products without the use of a conventional preservative system.
The new Tom's of Maine Natural Baby Care Line includes Tom's of Maine Baby Shampoo & Wash and Tom's of Maine Baby Moisturizing Lotion.
Liz Eddy, brand manager, Tom's of Maine, said: "We all want to know what's inside the products we use because our kids are trusting us to make good choices for them. We talked to a lot of parents in developing this line and heard they want natural, effective products with just what is necessary. So, in some cases, our products have half the number of ingredients found in other natural brands."
About the Packaging
The packaging features colorful animals and a graphics patterns, with a green, purple and orange color scheme that will surely be appealing to both moms and kids.
The packaging is also recyclable through the Tom's of Maine TerraCycle collection program, which gathers shampoo bottles as well as a wide array of oral and personal care product packaging from any brand and recycles them into useful items like picnic tables and park benches to prevent waste from reaching landfills.
Tom's of Maine other products for kids includes the recently launched Toddler Training toothpaste, formulated without any artificial ingredients, fluoride and SLS.
