To earn a Gold-level Well Workplace Award, an organization needs to successfully build comprehensive worksite wellness initiatives and demonstrate concrete outcomes based on the criteria of the award. This includes capturing executive-level support, creating a cohesive wellness team, collecting data to drive health efforts, crafting an operating plan, choosing appropriate interventions, creating a supportive environment and consistently evaluating outcomes.
