Topline Products will soon be acquired by PSB Industries Group. The company's new name, as of January 2016, will be Topline Products PSB Industries.
Topline Products was founded in 1975 and specializes in product development, creating innovative packaging solutions for major players in the luxury and beauty markets.
PSB Industries Group is involved in four markets - beauty, pharma, food and lighting. It has three core businesses - Texen for beauty packaging; CGL Pack for custom packaging; and Baikowski for specialty chemicals.
Olivier Salaun, president/CEO, PSB Industries said, "This new project acquisition, in line with our Ambition 2020 plan would allow us to strengthen our position in the North American market, to set up in Asia and South America. It should also contribute to the profitable growth of the Group with complementary skills, new product offerings and services while allowing to continue to diversify its our customer base."
