SkinCeuticals has opened the SkinCeuticals Aesthetic Center, in partnership with W for Men at the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery. The brand says it is the world's first clinical practice dedicated exclusively to bringing laser and other skin treatments to men.
It is located blocks away from the White House in Washington, D,C., the clinic will offer advanced, effective skincare solutions, consultations and integrated treatments for men.
Due to differing hormone levels, the signs of aging manifest differently on men than on women and are also less likely to be corrected via procedure or product, oftentimes leading to men being perceived as older than their age. SkinCeuticals extensive line enables high performing, fragrance-free treatments that are customizable to men's needs.
"The foundation to healthy skin is a personalized integrated skincare plan that can be further enhanced by a wide range of in-office dermatologic procedures," said Dr. Tina Alster, Founder and Director of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery and W for Men.
Dr. Terrence Keaney, who spearheads W for Men, said, "SkinCeuticals products really resonate with my male patients, because they address their fundamental skincare needs and are focused on science and immediate visible results. The resulting positive skincare habits, partnered with in-office lasers, injectables and other dermatologic tools, help us to achieve optimal clinical outcomes."
Brenda Wu, General Manager for SkinCeuticals added, "As a brand, SkinCeuticals is founded in science and remains committed to dermatologists, clinical research and patient results...The SkinCeuticals Aesthetic Center by W for Men represents a bold new approach to skincare integrated with procedures and we couldn't be more thrilled to bring it to the DC community."
