Vignon International's president Steve Somers has won the 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Greater Philadelphia area, in the manufacturing category. 

Somers was recognized for his demonstration of excellence and his extraordinary success at Vigon in the areas of innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to the business and community.

Somers credits his hard-working team for the comapny's success, saying, “I have the great fortune of having 71 team members find their way to be part of building something with relevance and importance in this world and they are the ones who have accounted for the great success we have achieved.”

The EY Entrepreneur of the Year regional winners, as well as winners in other national categories will be considered for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year National Overall Award winner. This award will be announced at a gala in Palm Springs, California on November 19, 2016.
