Joey New York, Inc., just announced its restructuring - and now has a new partner. Joey New York will now own 51% of The Labb Aesthetic Beauty Bar, in a new joint venture with 4BG LLC. (The new 4BG was formed for the purpose of partnering with a company that could provide substantial resources to build and develop their company.)
Joey Chancis, Joey New York's CEO, comments: "We are extremely pleased to have 4BG enter into a Letter Of Intent with JOEY to potentially assist in developing The Labb concept together."
The Labb Aesthetic Beauty Bar offers injectable services, and opened its first location in South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida in May 2016.
Danielle Smith, a Nurse Practioner and CEO of 4BG, comments: "Our goal is to essentially become a major player in the Injectable arena...We can now offer these services to the masses as a part of their typical daily grooming rituals, such as brows, nails, hair, teeth cleaning, etc."
Smith continues, "Our purpose is to preserve a youthful look through prevention on our younger patients while reversing the signs of aging on our more mature patients by smoothing lines and wrinkles and creating volume to the face. We are also bringing an artistic approach to this concept by creating a new look and fixing facial imperfections at all times by avoiding invasive, costly, surgical procedures. For example, contouring cheekbones, bee stung luscious lips, mini brow lifts and the appearance of a thinner nose."
Chancis added, "This is a truly unique concept that we feel is the future of beauty."
