Murad convened leading experts in mindfulness, sleep, and epigenetics at the first-ever Murad Connected Beauty Summit on September 28th in New York City.
Designed to help inspire people to live more connected lives, the symposium featured a robust speaker's series including talks by Dr. Howard Murad, Arianna Huffington, Mallika Chopra, and Jason Harcup, global vice president of Discovery at Unilever.

"I believe there is a powerful – but often overlooked - connection between mind, body, and health," said Dr. Howard Murad, founder of Murad. "That's why Murad's unique Connected Beauty philosophy is a holistic, whole-person approach to health and beauty that inspires people to live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives. By bringing together leading experts from a range of fields today, my hope is that this Summit opens the conversation around the need to address today's ever-present cultural stress by living a more connected life."
Murad is founded on the simple truth that everything is connected. This distinctive point-of-view, called Connected Beauty, is a whole person approach to health and beauty that inspires people to nourish their skin, awaken their body through physical activity, be kind to their mind, and "eat" their water by consuming water-rich fruits and vegetables.
"This is an exciting time to join Murad and help bring Dr. Murad's Connected Beauty philosophy to new heights," said Daniel Bruzzone, Chief Marketing Officer of Murad. "There is no more important journey ahead of us than helping people around the world lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives."
