Young Living Essential Oils has announced the promotions of Ben Riley to Vice President of North America and Lee Bowen to Vice President of Finance.

Riley joined Young Living in 2016 as Senior Director of Global Sales and immediately began making a significant impact. As Vice President of North America, Riley develops and integrates sales strategies, oversees field leadership support, and ensures the success of Young Living's field leaders across the United States and Canada. Riley has more than 15 years of experience in the network marketing industry and sales, and he spent more than 10 years building businesses internationally.
With more than 16 years of financial analysis and leadership experience, Bowen joined Young Living in 2014 as Director of Finance and then Sr. Director of Finance. As Vice President of Finance, Bowen oversees financial planning and analysis, fraud management, as well as the treasury, banking, and risk management. Bowen earned an MBA and MSIM from Arizona State University and a BS in accounting from Brigham Young University.
