ICMAD is proud to announce the addition of four new staff members.
The organization states: "Over the past quarter, and with the onset of the new year, it is timely to share our most recent staff appointments. ICMAD has been fortunate to onboard proven talent to further enhance our team. We are fortunate to have the team we do! Please join me in welcoming our newest staff members!"
Mary S. Ptak, Vice President
Mary Ptak (shown above, far right) received an Engineering Degree from Purdue University. She spent 15 years working in trade shows, freight forwarding and customs brokerage. Mary is eager to serve ICMAD’s members with her engineering background, technical skills, and import/export knowledge as part of ICMAD’s International Programs, Technical/Regulatory Committee, and Member Education
Donna Hoye, Executive Office / Events/Trade Shows
After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin with a marketing and public relations degree, Donna Hoye (shown above, far left) has enjoyed a whirlwind of positions with other associations as Director of Membership and Events. She has owned her own successful meeting and conference planning event company for many years. Donna is excited to join the ICMAD team to handle a variety of needs at the organization.
Shaynan Runnels, Communications & Data Coordinator
Shaynan Runnels (shown above, third from left) was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and by the age of 7 she had lived in 7 different countries. Shaynan enjoyed a 12-year career in the legal field, working with prestigious clients such as the Dallas Cowboys. As the Communications & Data Coordinator for ICMAD, Shaynan enjoys putting her communication, organizational, and technology skills to work as she serves ICMAD’s members.
Michelle Jones, Business Development Coordinator
Michelle Jones (shown above, second from left) s a native of the Phillipines but has called Chicago home since
she was 4-years-old. Michelle attended the University of Chicago Urbana- Champaign where she earned a degree in marketing with an emphasis on consumer marketing and textiles. She’s excited to take this new opportunity with ICMAD and meet many of the amazing members and partners who make up this amazing organization.
