The Perfumed Plume Awards is presenting its first event in a series of special evenings dedicated to fragrance on Monday, February 13th, from 6 to 8 pm. The event is titled, "An Evening of Scent, Seduction & Sin." It will take place at Joya Studio in Brooklyn.
