Elevated Brands has appointed a new Sr VP of Franchise Operations and Development, Tim Hicks. In his new role, Hicks will drive nationwide growth for both Massage Heights and The Gents Place.

Hicks brings more than 20 years of experience in leading franchise business relations and field operations for companies such as Gold's Gym, Mystic Tan, Inc., and Capitol Entertainment Group. Most recently, he served as vice president of franchising of The Bar Method, overseeing all new and existing franchisees and recruitment for the company's more than 100 locations. Hicks also was on the executive team at Blockbuster Entertainment Inc. for more than 15 years, where he served in numerous roles from vice president of human resource development to vice president of franchising.
