Hudson BLVD Group has acquired the nail brand, Valley, to round out its premium beauty offerings. The popular NYC nail brand will debut alongside DreamDry, Pucker and Spruce & Bond at HBG's first multi-brand store, opening this June in Manhattan.
Valley is a celebrity-favorite nail art destination. Founded in 2006 by Los Angeles native Nina Werman, Valley was the first of its kind to deliver highly personalized nail-art services. The company has three NYC locations.
"We are thrilled to include Valley as a sister brand in our portfolio," says Robin Moraetes, President of HBG. "Valley was the first of its kind, introducing nail art to consumers before it was a trend."
HBG was formed in 2015 and currently operates a diverse portfolio of beauty brands across the hair, skin and makeup categories, including DreamDry, co-founded by Rachel Zoe, Spruce & Bond and Pucker, respectively. With the acquisition of Valley, HBG rounds out its assortment with the nail category.
HBG operates 16 locations across four brands following the acquisition. With expansion underway in 2017, the Company's store count will grow to 19 and new services and product lines will be introduced.
