Vichy Laboratoires has launched Mineral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Face Moisturizer, and the brand says it is the skin's 'daily dose of strength.'
Vichy says it represents a new generation of face moisturizers, and calls it a breakthrough in skin care. It is comprised of 11 ingredients -- minus parabens, fragrance, colorants and oils.
