Aramis & Designer Fragrances, a division of the Estée Lauder Companies Inc., has signed a multi-year license extension for Donna Karan Cosmetics and DKNY Fragrances with G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (“G-III”).
The decades-long relationship has played an important role in the Estée Lauder Companies designer fragrance portfolio. During the past 20 years, Donna Karan Cashmere Mist has grown to rank among top-selling scents in North America. DKNY fragrances, including Be Delicious and namesake signature, continue to resonate and enjoy success globally, noted Estée Lauder executives.
“DKNY and Donna Karan have always been strong industry leaders in both fashion and beauty, and we look forward to continuing the partnership with these two iconic brands under G-III’s leadership,” says Daniel M. Annese, global brand president, Aramis & Designer Fragrances.
G-III acquired Donna Karan International, Inc. in December of 2016 adding the Donna Karan and DKNY brands to their portfolio of owned and licensed brands.
