Edgewell Personal Care has completed the previously announced acquisition of Jack Black, L.L.C.
Jack Black is a leading luxury men's skincare products company founded in Dallas, Texas. The products are fragrance-free, colorant-free, cruelty-free, sulfate-free, and dermatologist-tested.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition was funded from operating cash and is expected to be EPS neutral in fiscal 2018.
Edgewell Personal Care has a broad global footprint and operates in more than 50 markets. The company's brands include the men's skincare brand, Bulldog, as well as Schick, Wilkinson Sword, Edge, Skintimate, Playtex, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic and Wet Ones.
