LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), reported total revenue of 10.9 billion Euros for the first quarter 2018, an increase of 10%. Organic growth was 13% compared to the same period of 2017, an increase to which all business groups contributed. Overall, Asia, the U.S. and Europe experienced good growth.
In Perfumes & Cosmetics, organic revenue increased 17% (+8% reported) in the first quarter of 2018, to 1.5 billion Euro. Parfums Christian Dior continued on a strong growth trajectory, as did J'adore and Miss Dior—and the popular men’s label Sauvage. Makeup and skincare also boosted the performance. Guerlain benefited from the roll-out of the new Mon Guerlain perfume and from its launches in skincare, in particular, the Abeille Royale range. Parfums Givenchy, Benefit and Fresh saw sustained growth, as did Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, which was launched in 2017 and has been a runaway success.
