Sammy Mourabit, a makeup artist, issued a press release stating that he is suing LVMH for $10 million over a job offer.
Mourabit claims he was offered the position of artistic director for MakeUp Forever, beginning January 2018 -- but his multi-million-dollar contract was abruptly canceled during a phone call in October 2017.
Meanwhile, Mourabit had turned down other jobs as LVMH had instructed, he says, totaling millions of dollars in lost income, he claims.
Mourabit's attorney is Mark Moody.
