Viale Beauty, a Los-Angeles-based skincare company, has named Taek Kim as the company's new Chief Design Officer.
Viale Beauty's specialty is developing caviar-infused, cruelty-free beauty products.
Kim is a Korean design and marketing expert, with a decade's worth of experience in shaping some of the most recognizable brands in the world.
Kim will be responsible for overseeing all design and innovation aspects of Viale's products and services, including product design, graphic design, user experience design, industrial design, and package design. He will also oversee some aspects of advertising, marketing, and engineering.
Kim says, "I spent the last month thinking about everything I've accomplished with my previous employer over the last eight years. So many employees, vendors, media representatives told me how much they enjoyed our products. Such kind words always warmed my heart and made me push forward...However, I am an entrepreneur by nature.
