CoolSculpting, owned by Allergan, has recruited Sonja Morgan, television personality on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New York City."
CoolSculpting is an FDA-cleared non-surgical, clinically proven body contouring treatment to eliminate stubborn fat using its patented cooling technology.
Morgan, a philanthropist, fashion lifestyle entrepreneur and mom, will star in the new campaign, "Let's Get Real About Self-Care." It aims to encourage women across the country to move 'self-care' to the top of their to-do list -- and spread the message about how personalized body contouring can reduce stubborn pockets of fat and help clothes fit better.
As the brand's spokesperson, Morgan will share her self-care tips and her own personal CoolSculpting story. She will appear in marketing materials, digital advertising and on social channels. A U.S. sweepstakes will offer consumers the chance to win a free treatment -- and television ads are airing now.
Morgan says, "I'm thrilled to be partnering with CoolSculpting and to talk honestly about taking the time to care for oneself. I'm proud of the body I have at my age, and I work hard to stay active and healthy. But sometimes, one may want a little extra help – for me, CoolSculpting is the perfect complement to my existing self-care routine! It helps me look good on-and-off camera."
Morgan will share her self-care journey with fans in person at an event in New York on March 20th. She'll be joined by dermatologist Dr. Daniel Belkin of Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York to educate attendees on the proven science behind the more than 7 million CoolSculpting treatments worldwide.
Brent Hauser, vice president, sales and marketing, Body Contouring, Allergan, comments, "We're incredibly excited to have Sonja Morgan as the face of our program. Patients want to understand every detail of CoolSculpting – how the treatment feels, what results to expect, and more. With Sonja's help, we will educate women about freezing away stubborn fat..."
