In advance of Earth Month, Aveda has announced a partnership with charity: water, a leading non-profit organization that brings clean drinking water, hygiene and sanitation (WASH) to people in developing nations. Since 1999, through its annual Earth Month campaigns, Aveda has raised over $60 million for environmental causes around the world. Now, together with charity: water, Aveda will help bring clean water to people in need in India, Nepal, Madagascar and Ethiopia from Earth Month 2019 and beyond. When families gain access to clean water, they’re healthier, safer and have more time to attend school, earn income and be together.

To raise funds for Earth Month 2019, Aveda has created a limited-edition hand and body wash with the calming Shampure aroma—and 100% of the purchase price from each Limited Edition Shampure Hand and Body Wash ($35) gives one person clean water. Direct donations can also be made at charitywater.org/aveda.
Shampure Hand and Body Wash is a babassu nut-derived cleanser that gently cleanses the skin. Shampure aroma calms the senses with 25 pure flower and plant essences including certified organic lavender, petitgrain and ylang ylang.
