CEW celebrated the 2019 Achiever Awards on October 18th - and "the power of women’s voices was front and center" this year.

During the event, Carlotta Jacobson, president, CEW, joined David Taylor, Chairman, President and CEO, Procter & Gamble, to present the Leadership Excellence Award to R. Alexandra Keith, CEO, P&G Beauty.
Keith said, “I had a dream to become CEO of P&G when I received the Excellence in Beauty Award ten years ago, and today, I’m living that dream.”
Honorees included Sylvie Chantecaille, founder, Chantecaille Beauté; Megan Grant, President, L’Oréal USA Luxe Division; Carisa Janes, Founder and CEO, Hourglass Cosmetics; Artemis Patrick, Chief Merchandising Officer, Sephora; Jadzia Tirsch, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, Shiseido Americas; Tracey Travis, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, The Estée Lauder Companies; R.
