Kristin Walcott, formerly Kendo SVP, global general manager, has been named president, effective January 2020.
She will continue to head the global portfolio, which includes Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Kat Von D Beauty, Ole Henriksen and Bite Beauty.
Walcott was part of Kendo’s founding team in 2014, after spending seven years at Sephora, most recently as vice president, business development and merchandising, and at L’Oréal Paris prior to that.

In addition, Heather Fisher has been promoted to SVP, global marketing at Kendo (effective January 2020), where she will oversee the marketing functions for all brands in the Kendo portfolio. Fisher joined Kendo in 2016 to lead marketing for the worldwide launch of Fenty Beauty by Rihanna in 2017. Prior to Kendo, Fisher spent six years at Bare Escentuals.
Elizabeth Hayes will join Kendo in February 2020 as SVP, product strategy, where she will lead global product development and innovation across all Kendo brands. She has been with Sephora for almost 13 years, starting as the head merchant for LVMH makeup brands, and for the last seven years as the head of Sephora Collection.
