PilotFish, a leading social media agency based in Edinburgh, has ranked the most influential brands on social media across various categories.
The agency says its final list was created using a variety of sources to find the biggest brands in each sector.
The team looked at the social accounts for each of these brands on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube -- and states that its ranking is based on one account. The company says, "We chose the account that best represents each brand's ‘main account’, to the best of our knowledge."
