Swiss precision beauty company Réduit is launching Hairpods and the Réduit One, a handheld cosmetics device which dramatically improves the absorption of active ingredients into the hair and skin. By using microtechnologies to enhance its specially formulated cosmetic solutions, Réduit claims it is able to deliver beauty treatments at least ten times more effectively than similar solutions.
A Shakeup in the Beauty Space
Ultrasonic Diffusion, Sonic Pulsations, LED Treatments and Magnetic Misting are used to activate Réduit’s product formulas. By reducing the need to fill formulas with preservatives, stabilizers and thickeners, fewer non-active chemicals are required, meaning that packaging can be smaller, resulting in a significant reduction in waste without compromising on quality.
“As the first company to apply microtechnologies to the beauty space, we are looking to turn the cosmetics industry on its head by giving consumers the opportunity to do more with less,” commented Réduit Founder and CEO Paul Peros. “The majority of active ingredients in beauty products go to waste by drying, crystalizing, or simply being wiped off the skin or hair without ever doing what they are designed to do. Réduit’s technology ensures every drop of product matters by making them at a minimum ten times more effective, while reducing the quantities needed. This drastically improves beauty treatment results while streamlining consumers’ routines and helps to tackle the industry’s massive problem with waste.”
CES marks the first time that Réduit Products will be revealed globally. Hairpods is the inaugural product line slated for release in Spring 2020, with broader beauty applications in skincare and make-up planned in late 2020.
Réduit can be found at the Venetian Sands, Halls A- D, Booth #46125 in the Health & Wellness zone at CES 2020.
