tarte cosmetics, a Kosé brand, has made several changes to its leadership team. Candace Craig Bulishak, formerly chief marketing officer, will assume the role of president, and Kim Tran, formerly senior vice president of New Product Development & Operations, will assume the role of chief operating officer, effective immediately.
