in-cosmetics Korea has become the latest event to be impacted by COVID-19. The show, which was initially scheduled to take place on June 17-19 2020 at COEX in Seoul, will now be held on July 14-16 2021 in the same venue.
“The health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors and staff is our highest priority. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation and the travel restrictions that have been put in place in Korea and other countries, we concluded that the postponement of the event to 2021 was the right decision considering the current circumstances,” read a statement from Reed Exhibitions, “We believe these new dates will provide the international and South Korean personal care community the safest and optimum conditions to gather again in Seoul next year to explore key industry trends and new products.”
Over the coming months in-cosmetics Korea will be launching a series of virtual events such as new product presentations, online conferences, video interviews with industry experts and networking opportunities to keep the industry connected.
“We once again thank all of our exhibitors, visitors and partners for their patience and support during these difficult and uncertain times, and we look forward to returning to Seoul next year. In the meantime, stay safe and stay tuned for upcoming virtual learning and networking activities,” the event organizers commented.
