Here they are -- this year's winners of the Perfumed Plume Awards for Fragrance Journalism. The organization has a mission to recognize writers in creative fragrance journalism and inspire consumers to get excited about buying a fragrance.
Perfumed Plume co-founders Mary Ellen Lapsansky and Lyn Leigh, with Mane's VP of marketing Miranda Gordon, revealed the winners during a virtual ceremony on September 3rd.
"The virtual celebration was every bit as heartfelt, meaningful, and exciting" as an IRL one, several attendees commented -- and guests at the Zoom party felt the "suspense" while waiting for each envelope to open.
"What a great joy to honor such gifted writers, all of whom elevate the art and craft of fragrance through their perfume stories," says Lapsansky and Leigh.
Winners will each receive a signature Tiffany pen. The judges are shown here.
“As founding sponsor, Mane is delighted to support the awards as it continues to shine a spotlight on writers who bring their remarkable talents to the perfume community and particularly the consumer in such a skillful manner,” Gordon says.
