Celebrity nail artist and "Queen of Bling" Jenny Bui has a new gig—she's OPI's new Artistic Ambassador. Bui is known for her ultra-long, colorful, "stilletto nails"—always adorned with chunky gems, crystals and rhinestones.
Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI's co-founder, says, "Jenny's artistry and technique truly shine, and she has a way with color that is uniquely her own."
Bui, shown above, is owner of Nails on 7th in Harlem and the Bronx. She became a star when she gave Cardi B an over-the-top 'blinged out' nail look. She also launched Jenny Secret, a collection that claims to include "the strongest gem-bonding adhesive in the industry."
The photo above, left, shows a close-up of Bui's signature nail look, via Instagram. Her longest nails ever were 3 inches, for Cardi B.'s "WAP" and "Money" videos, which took three and a half hours.
Cardi B. has been a client since 2013—"when she fell in love with Bui's work on Instagram and requested an appointment," a press statement says. Other celebrities soon followed, including Thalia, Queen Najia, Chanel West Coast, and Yandi.
A nail artist and entrepreneur for 24 years, Bui faced significant struggles early in life, as a Cambodian-born Khmer Rouge survivor. She had to overcome extraordinary circumstances to emigrate to America.

She explains:
