Peach & Lily's founder Alicia Yoon is speaking out against Asain hate crimes—and asks that we all help. See her Vogue interview, where she talks about how she feels living in New York City now, as violent hate crimes against the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community have been rising over the last year.
Yoon posted about the article on Instagram, saying:
"I share this to help shed light on how Asians across the country are doing at the moment - I realized that people may not fully grasp the impact this crisis of anti-Asian hate and violence is having on the Asian community. Please check in on your AAPI friends and colleagues. Please give them space and understanding to grieve for our community, be enraged, and process the fact that going outside the home can mean risking your life."
