FE:I Beauty Tech just launched i-On Skincare by Dr. Xi—and it's the only product line that claims to reduce excess iron on the skin to prevent and reverse the signs of aging.
The brand's two debut products, Age Disrupting Skin Cream, in a jar, and Age Disrupting Total Performance Eye Cream, in a bottle, are both in airless packaging.
Dr. Xi Huang, founder, says he discovered a new way to disrupt the skin aging process because excess iron on the skin is the root cause of skin aging. "This rise of iron storage on the surface of the skin accelerates free radical production and skin aging," he explains.

How It Works: i-On Skincare's Patented Technology
Huang developed a proprietary, patented technology called De-Ironizing Inducer, or DII. It helps prevent and reverse the signs of aging by safely removing iron from the skin.Unlike retinol and other ingredients proven to help reverse wrinkles, DII stops oxidation before it starts. "While antioxidants can attempt to battle against these effects by neutralizing free radicals, DII prevents the free radicals from ever forming in the first place," Dr. Huang says. "This technology is the foundation of i-On Skincare," he adds.
DII reduces iron levels on the skin by targetting ferritin, an iron storage protein. i-On Skincare contains vitamin C and naturally sourced pearl powder, which act as reducing and clearing agents to release and neutralize iron from ferritin, the brand states.
DII protects against the formation of free radicals that cause skin aging and repairs the skin by stimulating collagen production.

The brand conducted a 42-day clinical trial—here are a few highlights:- 100% of participants reported progress across every measure in objective, subjective, and biomechanical tests
- 77% of participants said that fine lines and wrinkles had noticeably diminished in the eye area
