Over two months ago, Coty temporarily shut down Kylie Cosmetics. The new Kylie Cosmetics will launch on July 15th.
When Kylie's IG said 'Something is Coming'—Coty told us why. The new formulas are now 'clean,' with an extensive list of ingredients that you won't find on the label.
Now—it seems that major changes are in store for KKW Beauty.
And perhaps a name change?
The brand is being reformulated, repackaged, and rebranded. (Fans are enjoying the deep discounts on the current product line—everything is on sale, until it sells out.)
On Instagram, @kkwbeauty posted:
"To Our Loyal Customers,
It all started with a contour kit
and expanded to eyes, lips, body, and
many incredible collections over
the past four years.
On August 1st at midnight we will be shutting
down the kkwbeauty site so that we can
come back to you under a completely new brand
with new formulas that are more modern,
innovative, and packaged in an elevated
and sustainable new look.
I'm excited to continue to develop and
expand my product range and for you to
finally be able to experience it the way
that I have always envisioned.
In addition, my team is hard at work to improve
the customer shopping experience where you
will be able to purchase my beauty and
cosmetic offerings in all categories from
one single website.
Thank you so much for being on this
incredible journey with me, and I promise
we won't be gone for too long."

KKW Beauty debuted in 2017, and the brand's creme contour sticks were an instant success.
The End of 'KKW' Beauty?
Fans on social media—especially Twitter—are speculating that the "W" will be dropped from the brand name, even though Kim used "West" when she signed the message above.Kim K's surname is no longer "Kardashian West" since her divorce from Kanye—but her brands are still KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance.
Coty bought a 20% stake in KKW in June 2020—and CEO Sue Nabi seems to have already confirmed these rumors when she revealed, months ago, “We’re not using her current trademark for all the reasons you can imagine,” Fortune reported, referring to the divorce.
However, TMZ says this isn't the case, and Kim K's name has not changed.
Last April, a trademark was filed for SKKN by Kim.
Stay tuned for more news about the relaunch—and new packaging—as soon as we find out.
