The Kardashians—Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney—just won a long-term dispute over a cosmetic licensing deal in the California Court of Appeals, Hollywood Reporter reports.
The famous siblings have been involved in the legal battle with Haven Beauty and Hillair Capital since 2016. The sisters had signed a five-year licensing agreement in 2012 with Boldface Licensing + Branding, which had financial trouble, so Hillair bought its assets and licensing rights, the formed Haven Beauty.
A judge in a California appeals court has ruled in their favor—awarding the Kardashians more than $11.5 million. The original agreement stated that the siblings would receive royalties for the use of their trademarks, images, and likenesses.
The line was called Khroma Beauty—Teen Vogue reported more of the back story.
