Frida Baby has launched a new bath line—and created a "To Bathe or Not to Bathe?" guide for parents.
Celebs have been talking about whether it's necessary to give babies a bath every day, sparking a funny conversation on social media about how often everyone showers. See what a few celebs had to say on the issue in the Instagram post below. "I'm a big fan of waiting for the stink," said Kristen Bell, who has her own line of baby products. Ashton Kutcher weighed in: "If you can see the dirt on them, clean them. Otherwise there's no point."
In a clever promotion, Frida Baby settled the debate. The brand consulted pediatrician and mom Dr. Mona Amin, and created a guide filled with actionable advice for 50 everyday scenarios parents face. The "Yup" list includes "kitchen trash dumpster dive" and "all-day beach bum." A few of the surprising scenarios on the "Nope" list are "petting zoo party," "covered in makeup," and "wearing dinner all over."
Dr. Mona advised, "There's no need to bathe your 0-5 year-old every day. Shooting for 3 times a week is a good baseline. Remember, bathing your baby too much can actually dry out their skin."
