Wella has named three new leaders, effective immediately:
- Virginie Costa (shown above, left) joins as Global Chief Financial Officer, and she is one of only seven women in a pool of 25 leading CFOs among the top 25 beauty companies.
- Gretchen Koback Pursel (above, middle) joins as Global Chief People Officer
- Hugh Dineen (above, right) joins as President of Global Brands and Global Chief Marketing Officer.

Costa brings more than 25 years of financial management experience and a proven track record of developing winning teams. Koback has extensive experience running human resources for large global public companies. Most recently she held the position as CHRO at Tiffany & Co. where she led the people agenda during the company's transformation over her two-decade tenure. She is a passionate advocate of DEI and will be leading Wella's Company's efforts to be a true industry leader in diversity, equity and inclusion.Hugh Dineen, President of Global Brands and Global Chief Marketing Officer
Dineen joins Wella in this newly created role, bringing his proven track record of expanding and elevating global brand portfolios across the beauty category, as well as other industries. As CMO at MetLife, he built a breakthrough marketing engine that successfully leveraged digital to significantly accelerate business growth. Prior, he helped turn around Avon's significant beauty business, and he had a successful 16-year career at Johnson & Johnson.Wella Company operates globally in more than 100 countries and employs more than 6,000 people.
