On Thursday night, October 27th, at Roanoke’s Taubman Museum of Art, CEO Mitchell Kaneff held a party to commemorate the date his grandfather, Max Kaneff, officially incorporated Ar-Kay Printing.
Acknowledging his family’s legacy, Kaneff showed a 5-minute video specifically produced for Arkay’s 100th anniversary and said a few words to express his joy at this momentous occasion and year.
“I am moved to look out at all the many people here tonight recognizing my family’s legacy and the success of Arkay over this past century,” Kaneff stated. Acknowledging the recent passing of his own father and mentor, Howard Kaneff, he added: “While I wish my father could be here tonight, his vision is enshrined in Arkay’s culture and his imprint upon this company will be felt for years to come.”
